Brown in/out

The brown-in/out function starts operation (brown-in) when the AC input voltage is above a certain voltage, and stops operation (brown-out) when the AC input voltage is below a certain voltage.
It prevents element destruction and malfunction due to excessive input current and overheating at low input voltage.
