Collector-emitter voltage

This is the maximum voltage that can be applied between the collector (C) and emitter (E) with the gate (G) and emitter (E) short-circuited (Fig. 1). V_CES can be identified from the type name of our product (Fig. 2). Please refer to each product's data sheet for details.
