FA13843是一款电流模式类型的控制用IC，可构成高性能开关电源、DC-DC转换器等。此外，由于是CMOS型，所以功耗较少，可使启动电路等小型化、省电化，最适合用于构成高效、省电型电源。输出可直接驱动MOSFET，可构成结构紧凑且具有高性价比的电源。

- CMOS type with low power consumption
- Standby current 2 μA or less, startup current 30 μA or less
- Latching PWM control with cycle-by-cycle current limiting
- Built-in -5 V reference voltage output (±5% accuracy)
- Low voltage lockout with hysteresis characteristics
- Maximum duty cycle of 96%
- Built-in low-voltage malfunction prevention circuit (9.6V ON / 9V OFF)
- Pin-compatible with other companies’ 3843 products
- (Please note that although the pins are compatible, the characteristics are not fully compatible. Circuits consisting of other companies’ ICs may have different characteristics, so please check the power supply set when using this IC.)
