FA3647是一款可直接驱动功率MOSFET的PWM型开关电源控制用IC。采用高压CMOS元件，实现低功耗化。此外，还集成了丰富的功能，内置轻负载时降低振荡频率、抑制发生功耗的功能，以及在电源（Vcc）端子中内置过电压保护功能。最适合用于待机时/无负载时要求低输入功率的高效、省电型电源。

- Uses a newly developed CMOS process with high dielectric strength (30V) for implementing low power consumption
- Standby current of 2 A or less (at Vcc = 14V), and operating curre nt of 1.9mA (typ)
- Automatically reduces the oscillation frequency to suppress loss in light load mode
